All services are offered as consultancy and facilitation only. Easy Tender is not responsible for the internal decisions or timelines of third-party platforms such as GeM, MSME, or government portals.


2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for service processing.

Cooperate with our team for document submission and follow-ups.

Make payments as per agreed terms for selected services.


Any delay caused by the client in submitting necessary documents or responding to communication may affect the timeline of service delivery.


3. Confidentiality & Data Use

We respect your privacy. All data you provide is used only for service delivery and internal marketing purposes.
We do not share your data with any third party, except as necessary to fulfill your requested services (e.g., submissions to government portals).

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

No refund will be issued once a service has been initiated or completed.

For EMD refunds, we assist with follow-up but are not liable for delays or denials by the tendering authority.

Service timelines depend on document readiness, client responsiveness, and external authority processing times.
Easy Tender does not guarantee fixed delivery dates, especially where government portals or third-party processes are involved.


6. Limitation of Liability

Easy Tender shall not be liable for:

Delays or rejections caused by government systems or external agencies

Technical issues in online portals (GeM, MSME, DSC sites, etc.)

Any loss incurred due to client’s own negligence, delay, or failure to comply


Our role is strictly advisory, facilitative, and supportive in nature.


7. Changes to Services or Terms

Easy Tender reserves the right to:

Update or discontinue any service

Revise these Terms at any time without notice


Continued use of services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
